Q. I've purchased a track and it does not appear in my download zone A. If your payment was processed successfully then most likely what is happening is that your browser is not displaying the most recent results (i.e you are seeing cached results). To resolve for Internet Explorer browser do the following: 1. On the top menu, click on Tools 2. Click on Internet Options 3. Under Browsing History (on first tab) click on Settings 4. Change the top setting to "Every time I visit to the webpage" 5. Click Okay, then click Okay again Surf to your Download Zone and the content should appear.
